Shapes not linking in org. chart..???

I created all my org charts in Visio about a week ago. On the ones I created,
when I go back into them and try to add a position by dragging it over
another, it just stays on top of it, they do not link together. It's like my
original chart is not active somehow.

help???

It sounds like automation events are disabled. Go to Tools->Options and
select the Security tab in the dialog. Make sure the "Enable Automation
Events" box is checked. (this is for Visio 2003)

Thank you for that response Mike, I checked to see if that was checked and it
is, so that's not what's buggering up my charts.

Is any of the other Organization Chart functionality working? Also, what
version of Visio are you using?
