How do I get the text in a group to scale along with the shape

For instance when I make the shape smaller, I need to text to get smaller also.

Someone gave me this tip a while back.
Open the Shape Sheet for the text and in the Character
Size, enter this code: =SQRT(Width*Height)/(ThePage!
DrawingScale/ThePage!PageScale)*80pt. Adjust the pt.
size to fit your needs. When you resize your text, a
shape with terxt or grouped shape you have created, the
text will re-size itself.
