ShapeSheet: Different Layout to members of different groups?

Using shapesheet functionality (how / is this possible or do I have to appyl
VBA!):
How can I design a smart Shape (using as basis from "officeplan" the space-
and the person-master), providing differing dynamic layout within differing
rooms.
Use: Visio 2007
Example:
Space 1 / 4 Person-shapes - each placed in one corner of the room.
Space 2 / 16 Person-shapes - placement such that each persons distance to
all surrounding (vertically / hrozontally) neighbours ist absolutely equal

HI, Al. Thanks for replying so fast.

I understand, that I need some kind of C#, C, ... language.
For my solution (kind of bi dashboard) I have to avoid using code, because
otherwise i have to go throug lengthy discussions for security concerns etc.

Thus, if I want to stick to shapesheet funcitonality - even if I only
provide a unique, compact gridlike arrangement of the person-shapes.

Which functions / cells can I use to provide a gridlike (equidistand)
arrangement of all person-shapes within all space-shapes on my page?
I tried with the general dynamic layout, but this - for most space-shapes on
the page - results in placing al personShapes within the corner closest to
the middle of the drawing-page.
