Hi,
Using Outlook 2007, in the calendar section, there is a choice "My
Calendars" to choose which calendar to view. A user can have more than one
calendar.
There are 8 people in my office. Each person has their own computer which
includes Outlook. Each person also has their own email address (pop3). Each
person currently only has one calendar set up, which is the default.
On the administrator's computer, I have created a new calendar. On this, we
have inserted people's holidays (vacation time) and company meetings.
This new calendar is updated every 3 or so days.
How do I do the following;
Is it possible for all computer users in my office to have a dynamic link to
this new calendar? I would like it so that everytime they switch on their
computer and load Outlook, the data in the Calendar is automatically updated.
