share a document so many people can view/make changes

I have a word document that is essentially a test for 50 employees. I want
to allow all 50 employees access to the test at the same time. I do not want
them to be able to save the document, unless they choose the save as option.
I also do not want users to see the other answers of there fellow employess.
Right now when one person has the doc open, it is locked for editing to the
other users. Can I get rid of that?

Save the document as a template (.dot file) instead and have each employee
create a new document based on the template. See

As Suzanne says, make it a template and save it on the server. Then each
employee can open their own copy and save it with their own name in the
filename and send it back to you.
