Share and Synchronise Contacts

Hi,

We use Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server 2003. All my users have their
own Contacts in Outlook. Is there any way / software to do the
following things ?

1. Store and share a master contact list at a common location
2. Synchronise non-private Contact entries with this master contact

Please help me out.

Thanks in advance.

1) Create a contacts folder in the Public Folders hierarchy and set permissions accordingly.

2) This type of synchronization is not built into Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync.htm for possible solutions.
