share calendar offline between profiles?

Hi I just got Office XP and was wondering if one could share calendar settings via PROFILES alone on one PC -obviously not at the same time but in general (ie sending notfication from profile to profile without Internet/intranet etc) ? I tried to use help and the Internet but it seems that an exchange server is needed. Any help or advice about this?
