Share calendar without using exchange server

Hi, I have a peer to peer network in my organization. I
share the calendear of each client on the network without
using exchange server. We also don't want to use any third
party software from the other company to share the
calendar too. All of us using office xp, and I want to
share the calendar in the simple for my manager to see the
schedule of the other people.

Is it possible to share calendar in office xp without
using exchange server and the other third party software?
