Share Contacts etc between Outlook 2000 and Outlook XP

I have 2 PC's hooked together with wired Ethernet. PC1 is running Windows
XP Professional and Outlook 2002 (XP) and PC2 is running Windows XP Home and
Outlook 2000.

How can I share Contacts etc between the PC's and how would I go about
setting this up and maintaining it?. Currently, each PC has its own pst
file created when Outlook was installed.
