Share Contacts when logging onto 2 diff networks

I have a laptop running MS Outlook 2002 SP-1 with XP as my O/S. I
want to be able to use one set of contacts/calander regardless of
which network I log into. For example, at work I log into the office
server when out of the office I log into customer's networks. The way
outlook is currently configured, I can only access my
contacts/calander when I am in the office. Any suggestions?
