Share Data Graphics Information between documents

Hello,

We have 5 different floor plans for our company and each one is a
separate document. I have created the data graphics and shapes with
color by department for one and rather that re-create for each, is
there a way to copy those to another document?

Apply the data graphic to a shape and copy that shape between documents.
You can then delete the shape, and the data graphic will still be available
for use.
