share excel info with office 2003 and office 2007?

Currently have Microsoft Office 2003 and want to upgrade to 2007. Have
business files, invoices, etc already set up in Excel 2003 with artwork on
them. If I upgrade, will I still be able to use the 2003 files.
Are they compatable?
