Share Outlook Calendars

How can I share Outlook 2000 Calendar without
netfolders. I trying to work with OLWorkgroup and
everything works except I cannot it to sync the
OLWorkgroup calendar. I have installed Intellesync put
cannot find a way to choose the new calendar that was
created in OLWorkgroup. Does anyone have any ideas?
