Share outlook.pst on two computers one network

I want to be able to use Outlook 2003 from two computers on the same network,
using the same pst file. I tried to open outlook.pst from the remote
computer and I get an error message saying that the file is already in use.
I used to be able to do this when I was on a previous version of Office.

Hi RCS,
a PST file can only be open by ONE Computer. So if one of them is online
(use the pst) the other cant open it, too!
