Share Personal Calandar ?

I use Outlook 2003. We also have Exchange on our network (Not Sure of
Version - not 2003).

I use a laptop and use only personal folder. Is there a way were other users
on the network can view my personal calendar for scheduling. If not, is
there a way to create a 2nd Public Calendar that syncs with my personal
calendar so I only have to update one calendar.

Any solution what be greatly appreciated
Steve

Personal folders are just that - personal, not meant for sharing.

Take a look here, it may help:
