Share point in the same server

Is it appropriate to install share point services and prject server in the
same machine?How the rest of u guys do this?I am new to share point
services.I did try install once,but it turn out my project server didnt work
anymore.

There's a "single server Installation Guide" for Project Server 2003 on the
Microsoft site. It gives good details of what to install and the order to do
it in (to get SQL Server; WSS and Project Server 2003 on the same machine)

Hi,
There is absolutely no harm in having the sharepoint services and project
server on the same machine.
I have a live server enviornment in which both the applications are on the
same machine. However before installing the project server make sure that you
run the wizard for sharepoint services which is available on the project
server cd itself to have a seamless system.
