Share Resources Dialog Box

I have created a Project resource file. I tried going into any existing
Project file to share the resources.
The share resources dialog box opens, but the

Use Resources
From:

Is grayed out.
What is wrong? I also open a new project file and get the same results.

Using: MS PROJECT Standard 2002

Are both the resource file and the project file open at the same time? They
need to be in order to set up the share (i.e. for the grayed out items not to
be grayed out).

No, they were not. Once I did what you asked it worked fine.
