Share Status Reports

When a employee submits a status report to their manager, only that manager
can see it, or they can CC it to one other person.

Is it possible to allow multiple people to see the status reports submitted,
or to CC your status report to more than one person.

In our department we CC all managers with our status reports so each
department knows what each other is doing. I would like to either have all
managers have access to the status reports or to CC to more than one person.

One approach would be to create a Project Server Authenticated user account
called something like Status Reports. Give all of your department managers
the username and password for this account. They can log in to PWA with this
account to request status reports and also to see all submitted reports.

Your users can CC multiple people simply by selecting the first name,
pressing and holding the Control key, and then selecting additional names.
