Shared account but how to download only my email from the server?

My wife and I share a PC but have different logons. We share a User Name for
email but the full address is different. I used to use Outlook Express which
allowed an email rule that would not download my wifes emails from the server
but Outlook 2003 does not appear to allow this. How do I download only my
emails from the server
