Shared AddIn won't load in english excel

Hi,

I developed a shared addin (VS2005, .NET 2.0) for Excel 2002 and up.
On my developer machine i'm using a german Win XP and german Excel XP.
Everything works fine here. I also don't have a problem on a machine
with german Win XP and a german Excel 2003. But somehow my AddIn does
not load on a machine with german Win xp and english Excel 2003. I
checked the registry for the correct registration (LoadBehavior=3) and
everything seems to be alright, but it just won't load. Does anybody
have an idea?
