I have a BCM database shared on Server 2003 on a SQL 2005 database. One of my
users filtered on location- this affected all users. Some users were able to
turn off the filter , but for a few the filter returns (in the Advanced tab
they cleared all which takes effect until they leave and come back) after
they go to another view such as looking at their Inbox then returning to the
BCM database. Any ideas on how to get this filter to go away?
The permissions set on the user accounts is the same for a user who can
clear the filter as for users who cannot permanently clear the filter.
And is it supposed to affect everyone when one person sets a filter?
