shared border appeared

I am cleaning up my website, decided to delete some files. Deleted
....bottom.htm in 'borders' file. I do not use shared borders so thought I
could delete it. Magically after deleting this file I now have a bottom
border on every page. The text is "Comment: Shared Bottom Border". Oh my
gosh!! I don't know how to get rid of this border that magically appeared.
The file is still gone from the 'borders' file. When I open 'View -
Reports-Shared Content-Shared Borders' it shows every page with a bottom
shared border.
Please help me.

I followed all directions for removing shared borders:
On the Toolsmenu, click Site Settingsand then click the Advanced tab.
Make sure the Show Hidden Files and Folderscheck box is selected, and the
click OK.
On the Format menu, choose Shared Borders (If the Shared Borders feature
is not available, see Add Shared Borders to the Format menu.) In the Shared
Borders dialog box, under Apply to make sure the following settings are in
effect:
* All Pages is selected.
* The Top check box is cleared.
* The Left check box is cleared.
* The Right check box is cleared.
* The Bottom check box is cleared.
Click OK.
It still did not remove this bottom border. The file 'bottom.htm' is back
under 'borders'.
I can not get rid of it.
Please help.
