shared border updates not published

I've got a web page www.hoagiesgifted.org A few weeks ago, my shared border
updates stopped being published with my pages (FP 2003). It worked fine
prior, ISP and FP product are unchanged. ISP (GoDaddy) supports FP
extensions.

Now, when I make any (left, bottom - haven't tried top) shared border
changes, I must select to "pulish all pages" to get it to update the shared
borders on all pages.

Also, not sure if it started at the same time... my form pages no longer
work - they get an error on submission www.hoagiesgifted.org/feedback.htm
