Shared Border won’t show up in Home page.

I use FrontPage 2000. I have set my Shared Borders to "all pages," but no
matter what I do, I can't get them to show up when I click “Home†in the
Navigation Bar. My Shared Borders show up perfectly on all pages, including
the index page; they just won’t show up when I click “Home†in the Navigation
Bar.
