Shared Borders (FrontPage 2003)

I recently upgraded from 2000 to 2003 using Server 2000. Also i installed
the 2002 Extensions. Most of my pages using Shared Borders remained intact.
But others are appearing as if the page contains three of everything on the
page. This seems to be occurring only in the Root Web and not in Sub Webs.

There are some bugs in the FP2002 SE related to shared borders & include pages
so make sure you & apply all appropriate patches from:
