I have an old web that was created in FP2000 with shared borders. It appears
fine, works fine and publishes fine in 2003, but the "borders" folder does
not appear in the folders list or view in 2003. I want to convert to DWT,
but I don't think I can without access to the borders folder to get the
content of the borders.
