Shared borders

Daniel

Good afternoon,

I used a theme to start creating a website. The theme uses shared borders
for the header, footer and navigation bar. When I started editing these it
generate a new page to contain the information.

I have now added new pages and would like it to use another shared border
with different content. How can a assign which base page to use as a shared
border for each page?

Thank you,

Daniel

You can only have a single set (left, right, top and bottom) of shared border per root web / subweb
/ subsite.

In the case of a multilingual website. How does one create common
headers/footers etc. for each language and apply them only to selected pages?

You create separate independent sites (subwebs / subsites) for each language.

So simple! I'll look into that.

Thank you for putting me on the right path.
