Shared Calendar and multiple time zones

A

Adrian Yates

We have a problem were calendars in the UK using the BST
time zone need to be accessed here in Norway were we are
1 hour ahead, the issue is with appointments made ALL Day
un the UK when viewed iin Norway appear to span into the
next day.

We need to know if you can view in another time zone
without either importing and exporting or changing the PC
clock.

or any other suggestions ...

Hope someone can help.

Hi Adrian

If you right-click on the gray time-bar on the left side of your calendar, you will have the option of "Change Time Zone". Selecting that option will allow you to check a box to add an additional time zone to your calendar. That way when I am in Redmond, I can view the dates and times of my appointments as they appear in PST, and I can add London's time zone to the left hand side so that I can also view when the appointments in Redmond will take place in London. It's a great tool for scheduling meetings across time zones

I hope that this helps
