shared calendar between Outlook 2000 and 2003 users

A calendar on Outlook 2003 that's being shared out to Outlook 2000 users is
causing a shutdown problem for those using 2000. Anyone else experience this
problem and found a fix?

I do know there are issues with using both Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2000 on
the same mailbox. I don't know if there are any hotfixes or service packs
that deal with it.
