OK. Thaks a lot.
I've heard that there are applications for add directly the appointmeny, is
it true?.
I need it because my idea is use Outlook to manage a management company,
when 3 people have to manage the calendar of 100 people. And I need to
change the calendar without login into it. Do you know what I mean?.
Thanks.

The owner of the other mailbox would need to go to Tools | Options |
Delegates to:
a) make you a delegate on their mailbox
b) grant you access to their Inbox, so you can see their meeing requests
I didn't say anything about directly adding the appointment. You described
using meeting requests, which is not the same as directly adding. If you
want to directly add the appointment, you'll need to do that indivually on
each Calendar folder.

And how configure my user to be a delegate?. I configured my user of owner
rights of each shared calendar, but I don't how convert my user as a
delegate of the mailboxes to directly add the appointment. Can you tell me
how I can do?.

This is normal, expected behavior. The only way to have the appointments
added from a single meeting request in your scenario would be for you to be
a delegate on those mailboxes and thus able to accept the meeting request.

Hello. I have a small problem with the function of shared calendars of
Outlook 2003. I have server with Exchange where there are 4 users.
I have in the same view of the calendar, the calendars of 3 users, to
whom
I
will call A, B and C, in addition to my calendar.
If I add an appointment in my calendar and add to the other 3 users at
appoinment, I do not see reflected in its calendars the appointment that I
have added until each one of them logins in his Outlook. Nevertheless, if I
directly add the appointment on the calendar of the user A directly, and add
to the appointment to the B and to the C, in my calendar, it automatically
appears the appointment, and also in the one of the user A, but it is not
reflected in the view of user B and C. it has this solution?.
I will make a question more:
- Can I at the same time change for all the users the labels of the
hours?.
