Shared Calendar - multiple entries for same meeting

Hi

We have four users who use the Outlook shared calendar feature. There's no Exchange server, just standalone Outlook on each PC.

Most meetings synchronize okay, but every so often we get about 800 instances of the same meeting. I can't find a reason why this happens, or an easy way to delete them. Can anyone help please?
