I have 2 users (Executive secretaries) who cannot get a particular
user's (read: Executive) calendar to be added to the "Other Calendars"
list in their Outlook 2003. They can open it, either using the "Open
shared calendar" feature in that list, or the old File, Open, Other
User's Folder from the main Outlook Menu. It just never gets added to
the list of "Other Calendars" like it's supposed to.
Both secretaries have Publishing Editor rights to the executive's
calendar.
We have tried removing and re-setting their Publishing Editor rights
to the calendar, even re-creating one of the secretary's Outlook
profile. Neither has fixed the issue.
I am at a complete loss - why wouldn't this be working?? Any input
would be greatly appreciated.
