Shared Calendar Printing Issue

D

Douglas @ Helpdesk

I have a client that when she trys to do a print preview of this one shared
calendar it will not show up. Nor will it print the calendar.

All other shared calendars are printing fine.

I have tried to recreate the users outlook profile, ran a detect and repair,
updated the client to SP3 for Office.

Is there any suggestions to do other than upgrading the client to 2007?

Diane,

I just deleted the outlprnt file and then reopened outlook. tried to access
the calendar and print it and i got the following error message now

The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook.

Well I did restart outlook several times and i still got that error message.
This message only started to happen after i deleted the outlprnt file. And no
there was no error messages prior. just nothing would happen.

That file is just print settings - it would cause this error.

Have you use Detect and Repair?

While I don't think it’s the computer, have you tried either her mailbox on
another computer or another mailbox on this computer?
