Shared Calendar Printing

I have some users who are experiencing an issue when they attempt to print a
shared calendar. They go up to File -> Print, it then hangs for about 3
minutes then it comes up with the print dialogue box and they can print.
What’s strange about this issue is, if they select print preview first, and
then print the printer dialogue box comes up immediately. And this does not
happen with their own calendar, only the shared ones. Any ideas would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have tried both cached and non-cached. The same thing happens.

I have exactly the same issue at the moment with a user. Outlook 2003 SP3,
not in cached mode. Tries to print a shared calendar and it hangs. Sometimes
it never comes up with the print dialog, sometimes it takes 30 minutes. If I
go to print preview it works with no problem or hang???

Any ideas would be appreciated.
