Shared Calendar - Private Appointments Showing

We have a problem with a shared calendar showing private
appointment details when the expressly are not supposed
to.

When the person who has delegate access (but is NOT
allowed to see private appointments) schedules a meeting
for another person (owner) and hovers the mouse over the
time block in SCHEDULING for the new appointment, the
details of the private appointment are displayed. This
should not be happening. The details of the private
appointment do not display when the delegate is reading
the owner's calendar. It only happens when scheduling
but the delegate can read every private appointment the
owner has. Anyone aware of this problem or know of a fix?
