Shared calendar prompting for password.

Laptop users with cached Exchange mode(.ost file). Outlook 2003 w/Exchange
server. shared 15 user's calendar.
When a user tries to open a shared calendar, it prompts for user's password,
then set Outlook to "Work Offline". The user can then check the shared
calendar. It will let her select a couple more and prompts again. Anyone
has any suggestions? HELP???
