Shared Calendar showing one day longer on others persons view

I have not seen this before, but it looks like it MAY be a time zone issue
but I can't be sure. When two end users are viewing each other's calendar,
it is displaying the other person's calendar appointments one day longer then
they actually are. I have a screen shot of the view and it shows a picture
of a clock at the beginning/ending of the appointment. Does anyone know how
to fix this in Outlook?

it's a time zone issue - change the TZ and DST setting on the second
computer to match the first.

Usually a Daylight Saving Time issue. Make sure all parties have the
correct DST settings in both Windows and Outlook.
