Shared Calendar via VPN

Hi, hope you can help:

I use exchange, outlook and pocketpc outlook, which I want
all to access a calendar in a exchange mailbox called
Sales, I can access this whilest on the LAN but want to
able to use the calendar both on and off line on both
laptops and pocket pc. I have a VPN connection to my
server but I am unsure how to coonect remotely. I have
also tried to use web outlook, with the VPN, and although
the computer says its connected I cannot access my the
mailbox.
