Shared Calendar View/Appointment Problems

We have the Region President's calendar setup with "Viewer
Permission" for several people. Everyone is setup with the
same authority and it works fine except for 1 VP. When he
accesses the calendar from his computer, 1 day
appointments are showing as 2 day appointments. I removed
him, re-added him and the same problem still Any ideas?
MSOutlook 2000, Exchange Server.
