Shared calendar view

I cannot see my shared calendar and don't see anymore a side clickable link
to open it in the left margin. It seems like my view is always changing in my
calendar. I'd like my personal and shared calendars to always open in Outlook
whenever I click on calendar, but first, obviously, I have to find my shared
one.

Any ideas on how to make it stick on the left calendar view area first and
then how to keep both calendars open and viewable everytime I open Outlook?
