Shared Calendaring

I have a user that shares his calendar with two secretaries. They have been
delegated access to his calendar with editor status. All are on Outlook
2003, exchange 2003 with SP2. PC O/S is WindowsXP SP2. When the secretaries
accept appointments on behald of this user they can see the accepted
appointments on their PCs when viewing his calendar. However, when the user
looks at his calendar he cannot see the appointments. I also checked this
with OWA with the same results. I have scoured this entire discussion group
and have not found anything that would be helpful. Please if anyone can help.
