I received a request from my manager today to investigate calendar sharing
to allow us to more effectively schedule meetings with him and within the
agency. The problem: our email is currently a POP3-based service and the
migration to an Active Directory and Exchange server enterprise standard is
approximately 6-8 months away.
My question is: can I create a shared calendar for our agency (on our
Windows 2000 server) that will enable us to more effectively manage our
schedules as a group and eliminate the daily paper schedules and calendars
used to keep track of who has what where when...
Please reply via the newsgroup so that all may benefit...
Thanks in advance -
