Shared Calendars

My partners and I are trying to create a shared calendar that we can use to
see all appointments, but we want to be able to see it offline as well as
online. Is there a way for us to create a shared calendar that can be viewed
by all of us offline and updated when we connect to the internet at the end
of the day?
