Shared Calendars

Hi, I am running Outlook 2010 connected to Exchange 2010. I have shared my calendar for my work colleagues to view, but they are unable to see my private appointments. They can see all other appointments without any issues. They have Owner rights to my calendar. Is there a way to allow them to see my private appointments in the same way they see all my other appointments?
