Shared Contact List quick update

D

Dan Willis

I'm on a corporate version of Outlook 2000. I have access to a share
contact list (not in my mailbox)which I have a "Owner" role for. I ca
make changes to it but when I look up a name in the Global Addres
Listing, the only selection next to the "Add to:" field is "Persona
Address Book." I would like to be able to capture all the persona
data associated with the person and quickly put into a contact lis
that is shared. I don't want it in my personal contact list. An
suggestions on how to do this? Thanks

Use the Add command and when the contact opens up, use File | Move to Folder to save it in your public folder instead of Save and Close.
