Shared Contacts Unable to Display Folder

We recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. We have found we need to check on Use
Cached Exchange Mode in the Exchange Server Settings. If we don't, the users
are receiving memory errors and can't open their e-mail.

I deleted and created a new profile for one particular user because she
could no longer access her attorney's contacts (which she has the proper
permissions for). I first created the profile without checking on the Cached
Exchange Mode. After it was created and I had added her attorneys contacts
and calendars, I went back and checked on Use Cached Exchange Mode.

When I opened her Outlook mailbox, I could see both of her attorney's
calendars and contacts. However, I then shut down her computer and brought
it back up. When I then opened up Outlook and clicked on one of the
attorney's contact's folder, she gets the error: Unable to display folder
(she can see the other attorney's contacts without a problem). As soon as I
remove the profile and re-create it she can see both of the attorney's
contacts. Any reason why after shutting down she would consistently receive
this error?
