I have a domain and a pc setup with BCM. Shared the database. So far users
that are members of the domain have had no problem getting to the database. I
have one user that has Windows XP Media on a laptop. He is part of the
workgroup. He can log into exchange and snyc up with Outlook. He is in AD as
a user and he is added to the database share as a user. When I try and
connect him to the pc it gives me an error about the password not being set
properly. I can browse the network and select the bcmadmin pc. When I do it
asks for a login. After I do that and then try and select the computer from
BCM it says that the user is not a valid shared user.
Is this because the pc is not a member of the domain or something else?
Thanks.
