Shared DB has records deleted

I have a DB which is shared between a few users. I tried to print a report, and found that some records were missing. Is it possible to find out if they have been deleted, and if so, who accidentally did so and when they were deleted
When I look in the table, it seems that 20 records are missing (my Primary key is an Autonumber, and 20 consecutive numbers are gone)
