I am running Outlook XP w/SP2 on over 600 Win 98 PC's.
When users try to send an email addressed with shared
distribution lists they receive the following error
message: "An unexpected error has occurred." The only
work around that I have found so far is to copy the
shared DL into the senders Contact folder then have them
readdress the email with their copy of the list. This
error happens with 1 or 10 lists. Is there any other way
of resolving this without having to manually copy the
DL's whenever a user encounters this issue?
