Hi,
At present we have a mail group and the mail sent to that group will be
saved in all the group members mail box (same mail mulitple copies).
Instead of mail group, we would like to create shared mailbox, where only
one copy will be maintained which saves a lot of space.
Could you please let me know what are the pros and cons of using the
shared (common) mail box instead of mail group.
